5. Third-party services and data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (“processors”) who help us run the Site, and only as needed. These currently include:

Action required: Confirm the providers above and replace the bracketed placeholders with the actual services you use. Remove any row that does not apply.
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (for example, Google and Automattic) are based in the United States, so your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK.
Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as:
- the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension), where the provider is certified; and/or
- the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can request more information about these safeguards by contacting us.
7. How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions: kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards [e.g. up to 24 months], then deleted.
- Mailing list data: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data: retained according to the provider’s settings [e.g. Google Analytics default of 14 months].
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- Restrict or object to processing;
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To unsubscribe from the mailing list, click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us directly.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@drtechniko.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you can complain to your national data protection authority (a list is available at edpb.europa.eu). In the UK, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption and working only with reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
